This welcoming and casually comfortable turn of the century farmhouse was built in 1904 and has been an Inn serving visitors to the Sunapee Region for over 25 years.
The Inn's wrap-around porch, overlooking some of the Inn's 3-1/2 acres of lawns, woods, and gardens, is a perfect place to sit, relax and read a book in the warmer seasons. The guest gathering room with a bright and cheery fire burning in the fireplace makes this the perfect spot to relax in the fall and winter season, especially after a fall hike or exciting day on the slopes at Mt. Sunapee.
The inn is furnished in a fresh country farmhouse style that encourages kicking off your shoes and getting comfortable so plan your visit and come stay with us!

The Depot House
“The Depot” house was a maintenance stop for hand operated rail carts that serviced the local railway. It has been lovingly renovated with locally harvested ship lap pine boards on the interior to preserve the building. This offers our guests a quiet sanctuary where they can sit and read, play board games or engage in some lively chats with fellow guests.
